Memolink has an immediate opening for a Director of Client Services.

POSITION SUMMARY
Memolink, Inc. also manages CPA Storm, a rapidly growing affiliate network. The Manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with our domestic and international advertisers within our affiliate division. The Director plays a critical role on the business development team, crafting strategy to best serve and grow our list of direct advertisers.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Director will be expected to become familiar with each of our publisher traffic types and internal products/services in order to effectively up-sell and cross-sell our solutions to our new and existing client base.
Additional responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Foster relationships with key decision makers and main points of contact with our direct advertisers throughout the year to optimize the value of our affiliate network.
Securing annual renewal of advertising contracts and corresponding service terms at a rate that meets or exceeds given performance goals.
Monitoring and communicating advertiser interests and 'hot topics' to the product and executive team on an ongoing basis, as well as developing effective strategies for maintaining visibility of services.
As required, traveling to client offices to present quarterly and annual account reviews.
Develop an understanding of client budgets and publisher market place to accurately track and project revenue.
Creating direct business relationships with companies seeking online advertising and lead generation services.
Work closely with other departments to better understand business development and sales opportunities.
Traveling to trade shows continuously improving industry knowledge and networking with industry leaders and potential clients.
Contribute and provide strategic direction for new product initiatives and product enhancements.
Tracking new advertiser prospects and existing client up-sell/cross-sell opportunities in CRM system, SalesForce.com.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelors degree required
7+ years experience in online marketing and performance base marketing
Experience selling to advertising agencies a strong plus
Strong negotiating and sales closing skills
Proven ability to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual financial goals
Hard working, motivated, enthusiastic, honest and the capacity to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Effectively delivering presentations both on the phone and in-person.
MUST be comfortable asking for the sell
MUST have the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize accordingly
Effective time/project management skills
Ability to work independently and manage self towards goals
Ambitions to mentor and manage a team
Strong MS Office, Internet, Salesforce.com skills
