We currently have the following position available:
Description Regional Manager of Human Resources
Responsibilities:
- Partner with RVP to create strategies for building bench strength within in the Region.
- Manage and coordinate the performance management process.
- Strategize and manage effective succession planning for the region.
- Implement and supervise strategies to ensure effective staffing using both internal and external resources.
- Ensure positive Associate Relations practices.
- Identify training requirements, create development plans, and ensure follow through.
- Monitor and manage compensation and benefits to promote fair and equitable standards.
- Manage two direct reports: Regional Training Manager and HR Administrative Support.
- The new office will be located in Phoenix. Travel will be as needed throughout the region including AZ, NM, NV, CA, WA, ID, UT, CO, KS, MO and IL.
- Human Resource Generalist experience is essential.
- 3-5 years multi-unit retail stores experience is preferred.
- 5-8 years experience in at least 2 of the following: Recruitment, Associate Relations, or Training and Development
- Compensation and Benefits experience is preferred.
- Experience in succession planning and development programs.
- Experience managing Executive development programs.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Bilingual English - Spanish preferred.
