Job description: The candidate should have practice area expertise in general commercial litigation or products liability defense. Should have 4-6 years of experience taking depositions, managing discovery and making court appearances. Candidate with products liability expertise should have case management responsibility as first or second chair, depending upon complexity of case, with experience defending expert witnesses. Ideal candidates for commercial litigation have focused their past practices on business torts, and general contract and other commercial disputes with substantial experience managing client relationships.
