Job description: Controller
Our Miami client is a start-up, well capitalized Commercial Real Estate fund and is looking to hire a Controller. This person will be responsible for the hands on day-to-day accounting for commercial properties including preparing financials, closing the books, reconciling bank accounts, as well as handling banking and financing relationships. REIT, Hedge fund or Private Equity experience highly desirable. Good opportunity to grow in an entrepreneurial environment.
Salary Range: $90,000 to $110,000
